It had been a while since I visited an IHOP, but last month, I really craved pancakes and breakfast foods, so found an IHOP in my neighborhood. The pancakes were ok, nothing spectacular, even I could make similar quality at home. The hasbrown and the crepes were too greasy for me. I felt a little sick from the grease overload afterwards. I probably won't be back again. And this is just too bad, as I always enjoy pancakes and breakfast foods. The IHOP chain is a great idea, but they really need to improve their food quality.

Good food, great prices and quick service. I always get the same thing here. The big steak omelette with no tomatoes or salsa. Substitute tomatoes for jalapenos. With that meal you get a side of 3 pancakes which I get with no butter and usually use the hazelnut syrup which is amazing. The food usually takes less than 10 mins to come out. The entire meal is around 10 bucks. Fresh and hot and fills you up! No complaints! The managers name is Glen, he is a great guy and always helpful. Staff is friendly as well.

Brought the family here for breakfast. The food was ok but we could not get over the filth of place. The syrup containers were broke causing them to dump all syrup at once. The coffee pot was so old and falling apart that it left coffee rings on the table from leaking. My menu had pages stuck together. My daughter found a fork in crack of the booth and we she pulled it out there was what I assume was dried ketchup. The ceiling tiles were every shade of yellow you could imagine. It was hard to say if the food was good because we wanted to leave so quickly. I love IHOP but will not be returning to this restaurant. Disappointing.

We just moved down here from northern Illinois we were catching a quick lunch before heading back to our house after a fun tiring morning with two young boys The hostess had no personality asked us how we were doing very blandly without even looking at us and had to debate on where she was seating us. Now we've been to ihop A LOT back at home and I've never had an issue getting my boys a splash berry with water in cups for children. Today it wasn't capable but when she brought hem out they were in cups. It didn't take too long for our drinks when we ordered food though it was as if our waitress had disappeared. We were debating leaving when we heard a different waitress explain that the kitchen was backed up. It would have been nice to know that when we ordered so we could have gotten crackers or even a fruit cup for my two hungry impatient boys. It got to the point where my mother went and asked the manager what was going on with our food. He said it would be right out and then brought it out with her. Our food was warm not hot so it had been sitting. We asked for syrup and she gave us "it's on the table" no offer for hot syrup we had to ask for it and even that took longer than it should have. I had finished my plate my drink and my water and my mother had finished her water and my boys had finished their drinks after I made them a second batch from the extra splash berry she brought out. She was taking care of another table as another waitress told her to take care of her table and pointed at us. No offer to fill anything or ask if we would like anything she offered to take our plates and give us our check. My boys were pretty much done anyways so my mother wrote on the back of the receipt a note as to why things were not good for us. The manager came over and asked if things were okay and they started talking. I went up front to pay. Two girls in front of me asked what regular tip was and if 10% was okay one girl who worked the register said no it's 15% then scolded the hostess for basically not knowing. The hostess then asked how things were I said the food was good as always and the second girl chimed in and said basically she disagrees.... I'm sorry then why do you work at a restaurant where you don't like their food? And if you don't why are you saying it to their customers? Basically it comes down to the staff. The staff doesn't care. The manager acts like he cares. Any business I have had an issue at would offer you an incentive to come back or would have offered to take something off of your bill. Not here. So this very new (day 6) to the area family will not be returning to this ihop. I'll find a place that wants to have me stay longer and spend my money and make it worth my time. Even if it's a 45 minute wait for the kitchen go catch up.

IHOP is always a great choice for quality, good tasting food. The waiters and waitresses are friendly, the restaurant is always clean and the food is great.

I ALWAYS have a nice experience here! Not to mention food is always out QUICK! I've been to the Wentzville one and Chesterfield and his is still my fav!!

It's just IHOP. Not much to say the service is good and food is mediocre but it is a household name. I love my coffee in the mornings but...something I could pass on here. The coffee is dark and strong maybe good if I am driving an all-nighter but I'm not. Over all a good experience no wait which was great.
